Movement is my daily celebration of life. From cycling under open skies to the quiet power of yoga, weight training, walking, and hiking—fitness isn’t a chore, it’s my joyful ritual and a key to lifelong strength and resilience.

Living abundantly doesn’t mean excess—it means freedom. I believe in conscious financial wellness: spending mindfully, saving intentionally, and aligning my money choices with my values.

At 73 years young, I’m living proof that radiant health and boundless energy are possible at any age. I’ve spent a lifetime embracing the power of healthy living—nurturing my body, mind, and spirit through mindful choices and joyful movement.
Certified in Kundalini Yoga, I practice the healing power of breath, meditation, and dynamic movement. I’m also a certified Longevity Coach, Plant-Based Nutritionist, and Life Coach, and I love guiding others toward sustainable wellness and vibrant living.
My personal path reflects these values. I’ve never had a surgery, taken prescription medications, or dealt with chronic health issues. Instead, I’ve cultivated a lifestyle filled with hiking, cycling, walking, yoga, weight training, and an unwavering commitment to plant-based eating.
For me, health isn't just the absence of illness—it's the presence of vitality, passion, and connection. Every step I take is a celebration of life, and I believe in empowering others to discover the same joy and strength within themselves.
